All of the services, assessments and reports that are available from Voc Rehab UK will be independent and impartial and delivered in accordance with the Rehabilitation Code.
Our reports are prepared in accordance with the Rehabilitation Code and are based on the information available and the client’s self-reporting. Voc-Rehab UK cannot be held liable for any omissions, errors or changes to the circumstances which may invalidate this assessment. Voc-Rehab UK abides by the Case Management Society UK’s (CMSUK) Standards of practice. The vocational rehabilitation services of Voc-Rehab UK are not provided or intended for medico-legal purposes and unless a specific instruction to prepare under Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, the report will not have been prepared to be presented in court and should not be used in court. Our reports are not intended to be a medico-legal opinion on the client’s injuries, treatment or possible future incapacity.
The assessments are conducted by professional independent Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants and reports are is intended for vocational rehabilitation purposes only. The recommendations in reports are subject to medical guidance.
Expert Witness services
Expert Witness services are provided under the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.
Our duty in providing written reports and giving evidence is to help the Court, and that this duty overrides any obligation to the party by whom we are engaged or the person who has paid or is liable to pay for the services.
By submitting any referral form from this website, the referrer confirms that the funding for the assessment has been agreed directly by referrer or third party and that the invoice will be paid in full within 30 days.
