An absent employee does not have to be 100% fit to return to work. Waiting until the end of the deferred period to flag the case “absent from work” can result in avoidable long-term absence. The longer an absent employee is left without return to work support, the less chances of them returning at all. An employee can be provided with support to manage their health condition in the workplace and continue their recovery whilst gradually building their hours and tasks.

Our bespoke Work Ability Assessments have been created specifically for direct, early intervention and they cover all aspects of return to work planning and absence management solutions. We also offer case management, working with and supporting the employee, to facilitate and manage the return to work plan.
